About Bret D. Stanley
Bret D. Stanley joined The Law Offices of A. Craig Eiland, PC. in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Bret attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and his Texas Educators Certificate. After teaching school and coaching in Austin, Texas, Bret went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he had the honor of being on the Dean's List and graduated Cum Laude.
Beyond academics, Mr. Stanley gained significant experience while clerking for the Attorney General of Texas in the areas of Business Law and Corporate Policy. Since joining The Law Offices of A. Craig Eiland, PC., Mr. Stanley's practice areas have focused on pharmaceutical device litigation, mass torts, complex insurance litigation, Jones Act and Maritime Litigation, and personal injury.
Bret Stanley has tried cases both at the Federal and State level in the areas of complex insurance litigation, Jones Act and Maritime Litigation, Personal Injury, and Breach of Contract.
Beyond practicing law, Bret enjoys time with his wife Stephanie and daughter Blaire, sporting activities, and is an avid Longhorn fan.
